Soil-mix shall be spread and levelled to the depth stated in the Contract. The depth of uncompacted and soil-mix shall be sufficient to allow the level of the area to comply with the finished levels after natural settlement has been taken place. The finished level of soil-mix over areas to be grassed shall be 25 mm above adjacent kerbs, paving, covers, soil, frames and other hardware.
